Strollers and Dogs
Strollers are welcome at our event! For everyone's safety, we kindly ask those with strollers to line up towards the back at the start of the race. As much as we love furry friends, USATF rules for sanctioned events unfortunately don't allow animals to participate. Thank you for your understanding!
Water Stops
There will be one water stop on the 5k and three on the 10k. Volunteers at each stop will know the mile marker and will do their best to provide a time split when possible. We ask that you please stay on the right side of the road and do not cross the road for water.
What Happens if it Rains?
Our run is a rain or shine event. However, in the case of severe weather, we will cancel. If this is the case, we will update our website on or before the morning of the event.
We Need Volunteers!
We need volunteers to help with setup, cleanup, registration, water stops, road marshals and more. All interested participants should visit our volunteer page, click here.
Start Times
We are often asked why start the 5k first? It's because the 5k has the most participants, so we want to get them out the gate; plus, most 5k runners will have crossed the finish line before the majority of 10k runners cross the line.
Where Does the Money Go?
